OEM Replacement part
Exact bolt on repair part. Going to use it on an new Honda mower that does not have a throttel control seperate. I will remove the combinded blade and throttle control and install this one so I can reduce the engine RPM wihout shuting the engine down. All this safty items are a pain in the rear.

Recoil spring was weak and would hardly retract. Rope was wearing thin. The cable assembly handle was broken.

1. Recoil bolts were removed, and assembly was replaced.
2. Cable had a major problem. Cable was at least three inches shorter than original cable. Thought about returning cable assembly, but all replacement manuals from all vendors showed the same part number. Since the only problem was that the lever assembly was broken on original cable assembly, I disassembled the new lever assembly, attached the old cable, and reassembled everything. So, the new cable wasn't used. I created an acceptable part by combining parts from the old and the new. Clever me!!
