    Regulator failed

    Screwdriver, Adjustable Wrench

    Removed cover from gauge assembly. Removed rubber pipe from original manifold. Removed 3 screws from pump to allow access to manifold. Removed manifold using adjustable wrench. Removed original safety valve. Attached original safety valve to new assembly using pipe tape and wrench. Added pipe tape to new assembly and screwed into tank, hand tight. Reattached rubber pipe using new hose clamp. Reattached pump screws and cover.

    Regulator adjustment knob broke

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Adjustable Wrench, Torque screwdriver

    1. Unplug electrical cord and open tank drain valve and allow all air to escape
    2. Remove torque screw holding down cover over manifold.
    3. Undo the clip (will need to replace) holding rubber hose from tank to manifold and remove hose from manifold.
    4. Remove front 2 and 1 rear screw holding the motor
    5. Unscrew the manifold from the tank. Coupler from the tank to the old manifold may have to be unscrewed separately.
    6. Line up new manifold coupler with tank and screw into place by rotating entire manifold clockwise - tighten
    7. Remove safety pressure valve from old manifold, wrap threads with teflon tape, and screw into manifold and tighten.
    8. Replace motor
    9. Connect rubber hose from motor to manifold and secure with new clip
    10. Replace cover
    11. Close tank release valve, plug in
    11. Test for air leaks
