Weber Genesis grill repair.
Exact OEM part. Fast service. Well packed inside delivery box.
The part is a 5 star part. The price is a 4 star price. A little spendy, but I guess everything is nowadays.
I followed the Youtube video and it was even better than the instructions that came with the part. Highly recommend that you check it out before you buy the part and then use it as a refresher when installing the manifold.

Took apart about 50% of the grill according to the provided instructions, replaced manifold assembly, then put back together. Be gentle with the burner electrodes and you shouldn't have any trouble. Working like a charm.

Fairly easy replacement for somebody that can take something apart and remember how it goes back together. Just need to be careful not to damage the ignitor wires or you will end up having to replace them as well.

1. Removed the shelf under the manifold.
2. Removed the front cover over the manifold.
3. Disconnected the manifold fitting and the supply hose.
4. Removed the screws holding the manifold.
5. Removed the manifold.
6. Installation is in reverse of removal.

Tipped over in a storm, broke manifold knobs off of grill

It was fairly straight forward, take out the manifold and put in the new one. These grills are very well built except the fact that the manifolds get damaged when they are knocked over!

Removed the exiting faceplate cover, manifold and a few other guards. Installed the new manifold ( which was made better than the original ) , guards and cover in the same manner I removed them - Pushed the new control knob on the manifold stem and grilled some hamburgers, chicken and hot dogs.
