Product Description ?

This replacement burner tube set is designed for use with Weber gas grills. It is supplied directly from original manufacturer. Burners play the key role because it is where the flames would rise from. These burners are made out of stainless steel. This set includes three (3) burner tubes and the hardware to secure them. Each tube has an igniter mounting bracket and an air adjustment shutter with a spider screen.

Replacing these burner tubes is a very simple task. You should only need a screwdriver to complete this repair.

• First make sure gas tank is disconnected
• Remove screws securing the old burners
• Disconnect old burners from control valves
• Secure the new burners with the included hardware
• Reconnect the gas tank and test the burners

I needed to replace my burners on my Weber Genesis grill and I found the exact replacement at eReplacementParts. The burners arrived ahead of schedule and the package contained the instructions from Weber on how to install the burners. Excellent experience and parts. I will always check with eReplacement for any future purchases.

It started out as trying to remove steel screws out of an aluminum Weber Grill main frame. These screws are holding the burner tubes to the frame. Since the screws have been in there for 9 years and countless hours of grilling they were not moving. The slots were melted and I could not get a socket on the top of the screws. So out comes the drill and with a 3/16" drill bit I drilled the top of the screw off. Never tried to get the remaining screws out of the holes. Since I do not move the grill a lot the burners are sitting on the shelf of the frame and it works great. Either it was this repair or buy a new grill, so it was just the cost of the 3 burner set!!! Once the screws were removed the repair was simple, just watched the YouTube video.

The grill was 8 years old and gets heavily used even in winter months

    Franklin - April 5, 2022
With ease the only 4 screws i had to remove where the ones at the end of the burner tubes closest to the back of the grill the old tubes where rusted and not burning even the flavor bars where getting thin and i just why not throw in the new grates and finish freshing the grill up plus i removed the grease catch that takes the liners and put a small galvanized can down under so i can go all year then just add the grease to my compost
