This authentic replacement burner is used on Char-Broil grills. The design of this burner bar creates an even cooking area for best cooking results. It is a stainless steel burner and it is sold individually. Please note the electrode is sold separately.
To complete this repair no tools are needed.
• Make sure to disconnect the gas tank
• Disconnect the electrode
• Remove old burner and an electrode
• Secure the new burner with an electrode
• Re-connect and test the grill

20 min. later we were bbq.
Main burners were rusty and falling apart. Big yellow flame and unsafe. The ignition module didn't work. The heat tents were rusted and burned out.

3. Detached the igniter from the sear burner.
4. Removed the sear burner.
5. Reinserted the sear burner.
6. Reattached the igniter.

2. Degreased and cleaned the area.
3. Determined what parts I wanted to replace.

5. Put it all back together.
