Ereplacements was able to aim us to the correct replacement parts (unlike cuisinart.) So the food processor is up and running again. This isn't the first time ereplacements has saved us! The simplest repair. I threw out the broken pusher and sleeve assembly and inserted the new one. I like this one better since the pusher and sleeve assembly came with a lock function the old didn't have.
