Somehow I managed to strip one of the two knobs that hold the mower handle in place during operation and are loosened to enable folding for storage. Removed the broken plastic handle knob by hand and replaced it with the new one. I used a socket wrench to remove the old blade and replaced with the new blade. It took me less than 10 minutes to do the job.

Removed the screw for the skirt and removed the damaged part.; I replaced it with a new skirt and replaced the screws. The knob was a simple unscrew removal and replacement.
