Remove cylinder head by removing bolts and gently tap on cylinder head to break it loose. Remove muffler housing and make sure the area is clean. Place new muffler housing in place put together with cylinder head. Carefully slide cylinder head assembly over piston, align bolts holes and install bolts. Tighten bolts in a criss-cross pattern to avoid warping cylinder head and tighten to torque specs. See it's easy

1. Looked at parts diagram.
2. Disassembled pump and cleaned all parts.
3. Found bad bearing on piston rod. Had to order from another source.
4. Pressed off old bearing and pressed on new one.
5. Reassembled with new cylinder, ring, and gaskets.
Works great now.

Replaced the old nipple with the new one. Nipple came with sealant on the threads, so that made the job much easier. I used a pipe wrench to screw the old one off and to install the new one. Simple and easy fix.

Pop off the housing that cover the piston side on my Pro air compressor. I don't remember the wrench size but you have to bind the fan from turning so you can bust the nut loose. Take off old piece and put new fan on. I put a drop of med loctite (blue) and tighten it back up.
The filter has 2 slits in it that the little tabs in the filter housing pop through and it holds the little filter in place. Start to finish 10 min.
