Generator would not start. When I began my search I identified the generator with the model number, two carb gaskets came up immediately. I ordered one of each, installed them and it ran great. Took about a week to receive parts in December.

    Great Customer Service
I've not had time to replace the carburetor yet, but the customer service and shipping is awesome. It was well packed, arrived quickly, and was in great shape. I'll definitely use them again!

    Not Exact
Gasket was as close to the original as compared to others I purchased. It took 11 BUSINESS days to arrive. Had I known that I would of looked elsewhere or used one that was close.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that the part did not arrive when you expected it. Economy shipping is our slowest option and because of the holiday, it was likely delayed in shipping out to you. If there is anything that we can do for you in the future, or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
    Old school
It felt like I was back in the catalog ordering days. It took forever to have my items shipped. 10 days or so before shipping... and then the time to ship. Definitely not the experience most customers expect these days. Not thrilled about it.
