Product Description ?

This replacement ignition module is a high quality item designed for use with Ryobi gas powered blowers and vacuums. This ignition module also known as an armature magneto produces pulses of high voltage for the spark plugs. It is made out of metal with rubberized wire and the spark plug boot. To complete this repair you will need a screwdriver set.

    1. Took off side cases to expose engine body.
    2. Removed blower wheel from shaft to expose ignition module.
    3. Removed ignition coil and replaced with new coil.
    4. Did not have correct measuring device to set module, so I used the thick business card that
    came with the order.

    Removed all necessary components to get to ignition coil and replaced with new part.
    Replaced the fuel filter and the spark plug.

    Disassembled the leaf blower removed the bad coil and replaced it with a new one.

    The eReplacement video on youtube was the key. Gave the the procedure, and how to install the new part from the hint of using a business part for the clearance. Ordering from ereplacement was easy. They are efficient and I have used before. Took me about an hour after I began once the replacement part arrived. The videos have been a real plus for me in the past as well.
