The ignition coil creates an electric charge when the magnet on the flywheel passes the coil and that charge creates a spark in the engine\\\'s combustion chamber. The ignition coil includes the spark plug boot and is sold as an individual part assembly.

Removed old ignition coil with socket set. Put new one in spacing it with the flywheel by separating it with a business card

Magneto "coil" was bad.

Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set, Phillips head screw driver. 10mm socket. 10mm wrench.
Parts Used
1. Removed top plastic cover. Phillips head screw driver.
2. Removed top metal shroud and fuel tank. 4 10mm bolts.
3. Removed magneto coil. 2 10mm bolts.
4. Installed new magneto placing tewo credit cards between magneto and flywheel. Tighten bolts and remove the credit cards.
5. Finish by reversing step 1 and 2.
