    Screwdriver, Alan wrench/ torx screwdriver

    Remove the screws from both handle halves and remove the handle. Remove the wires from the broken switch. You may want to make a wiring diagram. Remove the cord clamp. Install the wires on the new switch. Screw the switch into the handle and replace the cord clamp. Install the new handle set on the saw. Then remove the screws from the broken top handle and remove it. Place the new top handle where it belongs and screw it to the saw.

    Remove all of the screws holding the switch handle to the saw. Remove switch and cord clamp. Remove old cord leads from switch, then attach the new cord leads to the switch. Don't forget to slide the cord relief on the new cord. Attach switch and cord clamp, then assemble switch handle, check for pinched wires. To replace the top handle remove the four screws attaching it to the housing, then attach the new top handle to the housing with the four screws.

    Broke both handles

    Removed broken upper handle and installed new handle.
    Removed the pistol grip operator handle. Routed the wires in the new handle. Placed the two side together and installed the 4 Tork screws, then secured the handle to the saw with the remaining 4 Tork screws.

    Remove snap ring and replace broken lock lever. Install new snap ring.
    Remove bolts retaining broken handle and replace with new handle
