    Socket set, Wrench Set, Electric torque gun

    1. Disconnect power
    2. Remove belt guard and belt
    3. Remove feed line to tank from compressor head
    4. Remove bolts from head
    5 Remove head and old gasket with putty knife and cleaned all surfaces with wire wheel on
    drill.
    6. Applied small bead of red ATV silicone.
    Installed new gaskets and reinstalled head and feed line.
    7. Wait 24 hr until use.

    I disconnected the power going to the compressor. then I removed the line going from the compressor head to the one way check valve mounted on the tank, after that I removed the bolts holding the head on the pump, then I cleaned all surfaces, then I placed the new head gasket on top of the cylinders installed the bolts and tightened them down. I reconnected the line from the head to the tank, then plugged the compressor in and turned it on........working good once again!

    Remove cylinder head
    Remove the old parts that are contained in the new kit
    Clean both surfaces
    Install the kit
    Replace the cylinder head
    Runs much better now!
