1, Removed all exterior coverings.
2. Removed carb assy. and cleaned in and out.
3. Removed magneto to clean out mouse nests.
4. Removed and replaced head gasket
5. Removed both valves, lapped, reset clearance.
6. Replaced air and oil filters.
7. Added oil.
8.Replaced all exterior coverings.

it was neglected, fuel tank rusted out, carb leaked

Removed carburetor, took it completely apart cleaned up as much corrosion as possible and rebuilt carburetor.
