When taking off head assembly be careful not to break gasket (sometimes it can't be helped ) Add grease and check for smooth action and clean surface add gasket and replace head. Removed handle and took an eraser to clean the carbon off the armature blow dust out of unit and replaced handle. I then removed the brush caps and removed the old brushes. Inserted the new brushes and replaced the brush caps.
