Parts Used
Removed the air intake and exhaust covers
Removed carburetor and muffler/expansion chamber
Removed the “manifold” from intake side
Split the housing
Removed the jug and piston
Cleaned the carbon and filth off everything
Re-ringed the piston
Replaced the jug
Rebuilt the carburetor
Reassembled with new gaskets
Pro tip: use good quality synthetic 2-stroke oil for assembly lube on rotating parts.
