Height adjustment lever finally snapped off and the cable jackets were broken causing water to get into the cables and rust them out making them not move freely.

It's just turning wrenches. Not difficult just takes time and paying attention to how it comes off so you can get it back together nothing special.

This is a direct replacement

I'm giving this 5 stars based on it being a direct replacement and it's not as if this company is manufacturing these. My only complaint is that I wish they made these out of thicker steel to improve upon the OEM design as well as include the rubber cover or take the opportunity to improve upon that design as well. But when I order these parts I get what I expect and that is indeed the exact replacement part and I get it in good timing and in new condition every time!
