First this is not a scroll saw but I can't submit without lying and agreeing that it is. You need an "other" in the drop down. This is a grooving machine for pipe.

Just remove the old parts- they almost fall out. Install the original washer on the screw and make sure the detent ball in the screw socket moves freely, otherwise the screw might not seat against the washer. My assistant told me the original screw was not seated correctly during the grooving operation that caused the original bolt to fail. Grease Zerk fittings and lubricate washer and threads. Grooved a small piece of scrap and the roller worked much better than it had before it failed.
