Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Snap ring pliers
The engage/disengage lever was inoperable.
Removed the shaft. It was broken.
Used snap ring pliers and removed the rings to separate the shaft from retaining nut.
Put new shaft in retaining nut.
Reinserted shaft and aligned it to the collar in the PTO connection housing.
