This is genuine Makita replacement part designed for a belt sander. This part is made out of fabric with a plastic collar. This bag is sold individually. The purpose of the dust bag is to pick up dust and debris when using the sander. It is connected to the spout on the sander housing.
No tools are needed to replace the bag, simply connect it to the dust nozzle.

The dust nozzle was cracked and leaking dust. And the Dust bag did not have a clip.

Screwed the cover plate back on.
Then I attached the dust bag and the sander was good to go.
