Removed the nuts on the bottom of the bracket, removed the screws on the top. Put new part in and replaced screws and nuts.

The rubber bushing needed replacing

Motor was separated from the body. I replaced the the bushing that holds the motor to the body

Remove screws on old cushion
Remove nuts at bottom of base
Pull out old cushion and replace with new cushion
Retighten nuts on base and screws on cushion
