Thank you for your question. Before we can provide you with information on the bearing, we will need the serial number from your elliptical machine. The serial number will be found on a white or silver sticker on the main frame under the left pedal arm. If you could resubmit your question with this information, we would be happy to help you. 1. Unlatch step arm from rear of elliptical, put in the upright storage position
2. Remove center bolt and washer from bushing using allen wrench.
3. Remove old bushing.
4. Transfer bearings from old bushing sleeve to new.
5. Reinstall in reverse order.
