    Less than 15 minutes

    Tools Used

Screwdriver, Socket set, Wire Strippers, Crimpers.

    1. Disconnect wires and hoses from the motor. (you should only need a screw driver for this, unless your grounding screw is blown out like mine and needed to be cut out.)

    2. Remove the 4 bolts holding the motor on the tank.

    3. Transfer your motor to the new tank with anything else that it needs. (the hole filter for the Drip Hose)

    4. Double check the rotation of your motor after you've wired it back up. (Direction arrow should be located on the pump.

    5. Once you're good to go, make sure you fill the tank to the required level with cutting fluid, Turn on and test to make sure everything is running properly.

This repair was quite a bit easier than it would normally be because I had pulled the tank out previously to repair a leak with silicone. I put a quick disconnect in the wire that powers the coolant pump so all I had to do was pop the connector loose and pull the tank out, transfer the pump, slide the tank into place, plug in the pump and fill with coolant. eReplacements had the parts to me in a very timely way and at a price that was just right.
