2) Mounted/ installed lower half of handle.
3) Routed wiring thru pathways of handle.
4) Installed upper half of handle using original hardware.
5) Tested operation of switch and started back to work.
My repair went well, but I had to trim a plastic tab near the clamp for the cord to get the two clam shells to fit together over the cord clamp. Be aware of this because if you tighten the screws wit

2. Remove wires from cord to switch and from switch to motor. Remove screw to switch, then remove switch.
3. Remove screws in handle to body of mitersaw. Remove handle.
4. Insert new handle. Follow 1- 3 steps in reverse.
5. Take pics before you start to take apart it helps.
