Product Description ?

It is a genuine item that is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Senco electric air compressors. A check valve is an important safety feature that will release excess pressure from the tank. If the valve is damaged or missing it should be replaced to ensure safe and proper operation of your unit. One durable metal check valve is included. Refer to the owner's manual and the diagrams of your model for the correct application of this component. You will need a wrench to secure and remove this check valve.

    1. Unscrewed both lead pipes from check valve
    2. Removed old check valve (unscrewed w/ socket set).
    3. Taped new check valve treads and screwed it back in the compressor.
    4. Reattached both lead pipes to check valve.

    Removed the air lines and the old check valve. Teflon taped and installed new check valve, re-installed air lines.

    Removed all air lines attached to check valve
    Removed check valve
    Applied teflon tape to replacement check valve
    Inserted and tightened new check valve
    Reattached air lines and tightened fittings
    Pressured up compressor and checked for leaks

    Compressor check valve for weak which kept it from getting up to pressure and not cycling off

    Removed 2 pipes, the valve and install the new one back in the tank, It fits perfect, no more air leaking.

    The compressor would run continuously instead of shutting off at 120psi.
