We were happy with our old Cuisinart bread making machine until the middle fell out of the bread pan. 1. Removed old bread pan and inserted new bread pan onto the base (had to ease it into the locked position because the old pan had gotten the base somewhat misaligned).
2. Inserted the paddle from the old pan and started a new load of bread.
