THE PADDLE DRIVER CAME OUT OF THE PAN. HOW DO I FIX IT? IS THERE A PART AVAILABLE TO HOLD IT IN THE PAN?WHEN I PUT IT BACK IN FROM THE BOTTOM IT JUST FALLS BACK OUT.

The cooked bread refuses to come out of the pan. It sticks to the bottom screw heads and the pole that holds the paddle. I remove the paddle during backing. I also tried oiling the bottom of the pan. Why is this? Solution?

Hi Ann,
Thank you for your question. There are a few things that you can try to prevent the bread from sticking to the pan. Once the dough has been kneaded, remove the pan from the bread maker and let it sit for about 10 minutes. This will allow the dough cool off and shrink a bit. You can also remove the dough from the pan and wipe the pan with shortening or spray it with Pam. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week.
