    Socket set, Round file/Sandpaper

    1. Opened bottom panel to access wheel drive shaft.
    2. Removed wheel to access bushing.
    3. Removed worn bushing,
    4. Tried placing new busing on shaft, would not fit.
    5. Used round file and sandpaper until bushing slid over shaft.
    6. Placed bushing into proper position.
    7.Replaced wheel and bottom access panel.
    8. Started blower unit worked properly in reverse.
    9. Repair completed.

    Had bad bearing in the flat idler pulley, wheel axle shaft bearings were worn out

    My repair was very easy, only required 2 wrenches the correct size for the idler pulley, for the axle, shaft bronze bearings pulled wheels off pulled out bearings and pushed new ones in.
