My electric start had not power I had to use the choke to start my mower and that was very difficult for me - especially after the mower had been sitting for several months. I had ordered the battery and the fuse. First I replaced the fuse to see if it was just the fuse that needed replacing. That was not enough. So I looked at the battery and thought I was going to have to call someone, but I was able to slide the connectors off with a screwdriver. Voila I had power for my electric start.! So I can now use my mower again. I am a 65 year old woman that enjoys mowing my own grass - I am not ready to turn over to someone else right now. So thank you for the speedy delivery - I thought I was going to have to buy a new mower.

Removed old battery and installed new battery, trickle charged for eight (8) hours and started mower. All is now okay.Chute-Discharge, Side was a replacement for the lost original.

No special instructions - removed cover from battery compartment, removed old battery, put new connector clips on charging wires, hooked up battery, plugged into charger, ALL DONE!

I found this mower beside the road headed to the dump. Mower was in great shape except it would not run. I checked compression, cleaned the spark plug and coil. The mower started with starting fluid. I removed and cleaned the carburetor. Would not start without starting fluid and idled up and down. Ordered a new carburetor and battery from ereplacement parts and now she runs like a champ. $100.00 dollars in parts to fix a $400.00 mower. Thanks!!!!
