Easy 30-60 minutes (1 rated repairs)?

Bought a Bosch belt sander that was probably dropped and came with a few parts missing. It still worked, so it was worth fixing.

I removed the two bottom plates from the belt sander and removed the front roller assembly by removing one screw. Used a drift to punch out the axle from the roller and housing. Cleaned up the burn marks on the axle with some fine grit sandpaper and lightly coated it with grease. Assembled it with the new front roller. Attached the new tensioning lever and put it back together. I installed the front handle and the top cover. It's functional and works great now. Bosch sanders like this one are going for $99 and up on eBay. I got this one for $40 and with $30 in parts, I now have a really good sander. eReplacementparts.com had original Bosch parts at the best price. It is also very easy to search for replacement parts on their website. Delivery was fast also. I've purchased parts in the past from eReplacementparts for other projects.
