Easier than I thought!!!
This spring needs to be screwed on to its location. I thought that I would have to remove the flywheel and drift some pins out to install it. GLAD I WAS WRONG. To install simply screw this on (like a key on a key-chain) and the final time screwing it around let the catch grab hold to the piece that the pawl engages with to start the saw.
