The purpose of this spring is to apply tension on the actuator, allowing it to retract. Not The Right Part
The spring is not the right size for my trimmer. I relied on the recommendation of the system to provide me with the right part for my model and the part is way smaller than the required replacement I need. Unfortunately, returning the part will be more expensive and time consuming than is economically feasible. So I just threw my money in the garbage.
