Broken spindle shaft to Chuck...

Electric Drill

Replacement spindle didn't have a cut keyway slot in it to lock it into mating gear slot. Had to press gear on to spindle. Guessing this is "weak link" if overstress, slip vs break. No way it's slipping. The amount of force to get gear on to shaft is extreme. No worries of it slipping. Fixed now anyway.
