Bosch belt sander model 1274 adjustment knob will not correct belt tracking problem

I have found that one of the metal bushing for the rubber drive roller wear and allow the roller to turn enough that belt adjustment can't correct tracking. I usually change both bearings although only one is really worn. The secret to changing them is driving the bearing out with a 6" steel rod through the hole from the opposite side. It is also a lot better for the tooth drive belt to remove it by removing the nut and sliding out the drive roller axle. Reassemble the same way, hold the toothed pulley and belt in working position and slide the drive roller axle through it and spin the roller to screw on the nut.

Pressed out the old bushings and found that the new ones where longer so I had to machine to length.
