    1. Removed old sanding pad to expose the bearing.
    2. Removed old bearing and brake ring.
    3. Installed new bearing and brake ring.
    4. Installed new adhesive back sanding pad, replacing the the hook and loop pad.
    5. Attached sanding disc and made sawdust.

    Remove the three screws from the worn pad
    Remove the bearing box cover
    Remove the worn brake
    Install the new brake
    Install the bearing box cover
    Install the new pad

    Sander pad tore off into 2 pieces

    I took 3 screws out of the broken sanding pad on the sander and replaced with the new one, it took about 5 minutes to do
