removed entire drum sander and motor assembly. then separated motor from bracket. attached new bracket and adjusting bolt. assembled back and then aligned drum to table.

Had to replace motor mount slide that holds both the motor and drum cylinder. Had to completely disassemble the machine to replace the two worn-out parts. The hardest part is re calibration since it needs to be within a few 100ths of an inch..

removed motor mounting plate. ordered a new one from you. installed the plate, then discovered the threads were bad in one section on the adjustment screw.ordered a new one, then installed it.
