Air compressor would cut off at 125 psi and then cut back on at 120 psi

Took off plastic compressor shroud with two different star bits. Found pressure sensor switch. The on off wire switch goes to one of the power leads on the pressure sensor. There are two wire leads that sit on top of the pressure sensor. Pull these off wire a pair of plyers. They just slide right on top. Then take adjustable wrench and unscrew pressure sensor. Then take a tiny bit of teflon pipe dope and barely finger some onto the threads of the new sensor. Very important not to get any near the hole in the bottom of the sensor. Screw back in and hook up the wires. Don't worry about which wire goes on which prong. It will work as it is just a break in the power lead. Put plastic shroud back on and your good to go.

I was looking for a vertical compressor, this would take less room in my shop verse my horizontal compressor, I found one in a scrap metal business, that was bought for scrap price, it was missing several parts, I was able to purchase from eReplacementParts,the parts for less than $50.00, and after paying $45.00 for the Devilbiss compressor I had $95.00 total for my unit, it saved me about $1200.00
