This kit contains five high quality items, it includes the gaskets and diaphragms that are used to create an air tight seal between the carburetor parts. Carburetor was flooding and cable clip was missing

Drain fuel,place on clean towel/rag, use compressed air to clean/dry, use screwdriver to take carburetor off,disconnect fuel lines & throttle cable, remove carburetor parts and replace with new diaphragm kit. Press spring/needle down to remove spring & clip, replace spring clip and tighten cable back on carburetor.
