Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Nutdriver, snap ring plier, allen wrenches 3,4,5mm, punch set

disassemble tool, clean parts, reassemble with new o-rings, bumper, exhaust valve, gasket.
Beware that the O-rings sold from a Chinese supplier (seller on the Big A place) are not the same size as the OE parts. Some work OK but it would be better if HPT offered a complete kit instead of just individual seals. The small kit offered by HPT was insufficient to my needs. My nail gun is a NV65AH2 and there is very little about it on YT as well. Removing the roll pin for the feeder piston was tricky. We had to use a straight grip plier to get it to move and then we could tap it out without ruining the piston shank. If not careful, you will break the nose 888007. Also be advised that screw #73 must have the head on the left side of the nose or the feeder cannot advance the nails.
