    Removed the old front case assembly, and installed the new one. It's like new again. The front case assembly has all of the parts for the bit holder.

    Used improper bit. It welded itself to the chuck

    When this happens the part that is holding the bit is also trapping other parts in between. To replace the affected part you must replace the other trapped parts. the metal housing assy kit took care of all of it. And only takes four screws to take the whole thing off. Cheap as well
