The door magnet was easy. Two screws removed, put on new magnet, two screws put back in. Less than two minutes.

The rubber feet on the other hand were a pain. I had to disassemble the entire bottom section. The rubber feet were held on using rivets (non-removable). I had to cut them off. Then I had to run to Ace Hardwar e to get some new 1-inch #8 bolts, lock washers, and nuts. The re-assembly was pretty easy so the new rubber feet went on quickly, then I had to put all the bottom panel pieces back together. It was more time-consuming that difficult, but still took almost two hours because of the run to Ace. If you have the bolts/washers/nuts already at home, more like a one hour job.
