Part cost 2.79, shipping was almost 3 times that amount. I have a reel service company and called you to see if there was a way to work with me on shipping charges. I'm even willing to buy a minimum quantity. The lady took my number and said a supervisor would call me back but never did.

Thank you for your question. If the hatch or bail arm is not closing, the bail spring may be broken or not installed correctly, or it may be bent.
