Mixed Feelings ... product was great, but
The replacement plastic part came,and it was identical in every way to the original.
I was trying to an environmentally sensitive, sustainably friendly person. The down side was I wound up paying $23+ for the replacement part alone (which was just pennies under purchasing the same, NEW Black & Decker blender. By the time I paid tax and shipping i was WAY OVER what it would have cost to just go buy another one. I didn't just want to have my old blender motor go sit in the landfill, so I bought the replacement part. I was so irritated and & embarrassed that I had to spend more than a new one that i decided not to tell my husband, who would have been fried.

So I left my Black & Decker blender jar on the oven vent while cooking which resulted in the top being melted out of proportion. Thanks to eReplacementparts.com, I found an even better one and installation was obviously very simple. Just screw on the old blade base with washer and presto! Back to blending your protein shakes or what have you.
