Product Description ?

This is an authentic OEM component from the Milwaukee manufacturer. The brush holder assembly is compatible with the 0234-6 (532D) 1/2" Magnum Hole-Shooter. The plastic, metal and carbon brush component is fitted onto the motor housing and field, assisting with the electrical current conduction. This part is sold individually. A screwdriver is needed to make the proper removal and replacement.

I removed the old brush holder assembly and replaced the brushes. I had to use the old brush holder because the new one was not an exact match. I could have modified it to work but figured it would take more time.The mounting screw hole was too small. The job was easy enough and the drill worked fine again.

I first removed screw holding assembly in place.
I removed the brush holder assembly containing bad spring.
Installed brushes into the new holder (included with holder).
Inserted brush holder assembly into drill.
Replaced screw.
