    where does this part bolt up, so the deck belt broke, removed deck and found this part laying on top of deck, crawled under mower, and I cannot find where this part bolts up, Thank you

    Unscrewed the bolt and replace belt keeper. It should be noted that this Poulan model belt keeper fit my older Poulan Weed Eater Lawn Tractor that was no longer available.

    Belt guide broke, causing belt to fall off pulley and disengage mower

    Socket set, Wrench Set, Steel bar

    1. Removed bolt holding old guide to frame
    2. Bolted on new guide and tightened securely
    3. Moved engage lever to tighten belt (engine not running)
    4. Bent new guide to just touch belt, using bar or similar tool
    5. Tested by mowing to be sure belt did not fall off.
