Belt guard vibration caused mounting tabs to crack, causing the guard to fall apart.

Replaced failed belt guard with new one. Two screws. Replaced worn blade - Used box wrench to hold spindle nut while removing the blade mounting nut with a socket and ratchet. Used some oil to lube all threads and reassembled. Works great now and safe.
