The project was a used Milwaukee Sawzall I purchased for $6 missing the parts I bought below.
I stripped, cleaned and lubed it and surfaced the commutator with fine emery cloth.
I mounted the blade clamp and secured it with the provided screw.
I affixed the pivot shoe assembly with screws I provided, as the 10-24 X 1/2" Pan HD.

Removed the screws that held the bent foot to the saw and pulled it out. Then I slid the new foot in and secured it to the saw with the new screws.
