Still waiting for refund of a product I returned...
The product was sent promptly but was not the right part due to my error. I returned the part as instructed and have yet to receive my return. They may be just late, but they have received the return (about a week ago) and have not confirmed that nor sent a refund.

Poor communication
The salesperson was extremely helpful but for one major thing. I needed the workbowl cover PLUS the top insert that actually makes the connection to allow the machine to function. I thought the whole thing came together. As a consequence, I was not able to use my Cuisinart for Thanksgiving. I have now ordered the feeding tube assembly separately which has taken more time. A simple clarifying question would have solved the problem.
