Removed bolt holding wheel-gear assembly to mower.
Installed new wheel-gear assembly to mower using original bolt.

Upon removal of bolt of the old wheel-gear assembly, it's necessary to note position of washer and nut to make sure they are reassembled in the correct orientation when re-installing bolt through the new wheel-gear assembly.

Removed and replaced wheels and bolts. Wheels contain bushing so I ordered extra bushings unnecessarily. Rather than return the bushings I'll keep them on hand. Lubed everything. The the wheel bushings are worn it causes the wheels to wobble to the extent the drive system is inoperable. The choice? New wheels or new mower. Chose new wheels
