The part is perfect except for the metal insert.
The wheel diameter is the correct fit for my Honda Yardman. However, there is a metal insert that was not on the original wheel, so it unfortunately will not fit.

After ten years and 2 mowing cycles per week, wore out the front self propelled wheels. Replaced them with same wheels from ereplacement. Mower good for another 10 years!!!
Remove the hub caps from both of the old wheels, then remove the hex nuts from the shaft, slide the old wheels off of the shaft. I put a bit of lube on the shaft. Then slid the new wheels on, tightened the hex nuts and replaced the hub caps

Lifted the mower up to saw horse height and rested there on to remove lock nuts holding wheels on to front axles. After completing the replacement of the wheels, we shifted mower to the floor and rotated it on it's side to loosen bottom bolt that holds blade on to the rotating shaft. Once old blade was off, there is a clamp that the bolt goes through and attaches the blade to the rotating shaft that aligns the blade in the proper holding position. Once on the shaft tighten to specifications preventing the blade from coming loose. Works great!
